The work is agile and varied.
My workday starts by reviewing the situation at each plant: incidents, needs, and pending issues. This allows me to quickly set priorities and ensure that nothing comes to a halt. I then spend time reviewing ongoing projects, coordinating with other departments, and meeting with suppliers who present new solutions.
I am in constant contact with different areas of the company, which makes every day different and pushes me to stay alert and continuously improve. I enjoy this mix of organization, analysis, and direct interaction with people both inside and outside Plukon. At the end of the day, I close urgent matters and plan the next steps to ensure that supply is always guaranteed.
