In my role as HR Manager at Plukon San Fernando de Henares, I support employees throughout every stage of their employment with the company. My work in Human Resources focuses on professional development and on maintaining a positive and healthy working environment.
I value being part of a stable and growing food company with a clear vision for the future, where I can contribute every day to making employment at Plukon Spain a positive experience for everyone who works here.
Why does Maria Theresa work at Plukon?
I work in a dynamic, demanding and results‑driven environment that is also approachable and pleasant.
I have close contact with employees, line managers and teams, and I can clearly see how HR decisions have a real impact on people’s wellbeing and on how work is organised.
I value the company’s stability, professionalism, support for work‑life balance and the genuine opportunities for growth within the organisation.
“I like seeing that the actions taken by Human Resources have a real impact on people’s wellbeing and the way work is organised.”

Maria Teresa's workday
A typical day starts by reviewing the plant’s needs and organising my agenda around meetings and open topics
I combine personnel management, recruitment and training with supporting line managers and teams on matters such as workplace climate and work organisation.
Throughout the day, I meet with different departments, support employees directly and respond to any needs or issues that arise. In many cases, I act as a link between Central HR and Plant HR, ensuring that decisions and processes are well aligned with day‑to‑day operational reality.
I end the day with the satisfaction of having been close to people-helping them find solutions and experience their work in a more positive way. This mix of challenges, teamwork and direct contact with employees is what makes my role so special.
Working at Plukon Spain
means being part of a well‑established, stable and growing company. This results in job security and many opportunities for professional development, both for those just starting their careers and for those looking to continue growing.
The working environment is collaborative: teams work closely together, learn from one another and share a strong commitment to achieving common goals. At the same time, the company supports work‑life balance and values a personal, approachable way of working-something I particularly appreciate in my daily role as HR Manager in San Fernando de Henares.
