Hello, my name is Elvira and I work as an Industrial manager at Plukon Spain. I am responsible for serving our industrial clients together with the by-products managers, ensuring that the needs of both our customers and each of our production sites are met. I enjoy working in the food industry because every day brings a new challenge and gives me the opportunity to learn, grow, and deliver real solutions for our clients and the organisation.
Why does Elvira work at Plukon?
Because it is a company that invests in training, internal mobility, and continuous learning.
Because it combines professionalism with genuine human warmth: here, I feel supported, valued, and part of a big family.
Because it is committed to sustainability and people’s wellbeing, which makes my work motivating and meaningful.
“What I enjoy most is the feeling of being part of a great family, where colleagues and teams support each other and face every challenge together.”

Elvira's workday
Coordination is a key part of my role.
In my day-to-day work, I manage the needs of each industrial client: I analyse their requests, review the capabilities of our production sites, and look for the best way to meet their needs. I also assess and develop new business projects and attract potential clients, always with a focus on growth opportunities for the company.
Coordination is a key part of my role. I work closely with other departments, such as planning, to align orders and projects and ensure everything runs efficiently. No two days are the same, but each one involves coordination, opportunity analysis, and solving challenges together with my team. That variety means my work is never routine.
Working at Plukon Spain
I chose this company when it was still a family-owned business because it represented a professional challenge and offered opportunities for growth. With its integration into Plukon, that philosophy has remained the same: we are still a close-knit organisation that takes care of its people, encourages internal talent development, and offers a warm, supportive working environment.
I especially value the collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Plukon’s commitment to people’s wellbeing and sustainability makes you feel that your work truly matters—that you are part of an international project aiming to build a better world.
