Alexandra's workday
Every day presents a new challenge.
I'm in charge of managing all logistics flows and packaging consolidation, as well as our carriers. The day begins with an operational component, where we review the various processes, such as evening and night loads. Afterward, I focus on strategic objectives, including process efficiency and the implementation and optimal use of the new software. My varied workday is made up of both operational and strategic components.

My career at Plukon began as a logistics engineer. I quickly wanted to advance, and I was interested in the supply chain. That's how I rose to the position of supply chain engineer. I was able to attend many training courses and learned a great deal from them. Then, I expressed my ambition, and I was given the opportunity to work as a logistics manager.
